She started her career in Hindi Film Industry in 2005 with her debuted
film 'Chand Sa Roshan Chehra'. It was not a box office hit and she did
not played any role again in Hindi films. Then she turned her attention
to south Indian languages like Tamil and Telugu.
In 2005 she started acting in Telugu film 'Sri' and also she worked in a
Tamil movie 'Kedi' in the same year. Her first box office hit came only
on 2009 with the movie 'Padikkathavan'. After it she got big hits like
Ayan, Payya, Siruthai etc. Her first Telugu hit came only on 2011 with
100% love.
